Challenges

The basic principles of design often seem complex and hard to grasp – especially for individuals without extensive technical expertise. Many struggle to understand the underlying connections and to apply them in their daily professional lives. Often, design is not seen as a holistic process, leading to fragmented views that fail to link it to other areas. This hinders the practical implementation of design strategies and stifles innovative approaches.

Goal

The aim of the training is to equip participants with fundamental design principles and practical tools they can apply in their professional environment. Through interactive exercises and practice-oriented examples, the newly acquired knowledge is immediately applied, ensuring a deeper understanding and sustainable implementation. Participants develop the ability to perceive, evaluate, and effectively use design in a more deliberate manner to achieve impactful results.

Target group

Product Owners, Developers, Marketers, Project Managers

Content

Our training provides a shared and interactive experience, offering participants a solid introduction to essential design principles that can be effectively applied to their daily tasks. It is a balanced mix of theoretical input sessions and interactive breakout sessions.

We focus on "Good Design vs. Bad Design," using illustrative examples and real-life scenarios to demonstrate the impact of design decisions on results and user experiences. Additionally, we encourage participants to collaborate and develop a shared understanding of design to create creative solutions for the challenges they face in their work environments.

At the end of the training, participants will leave with new perspectives, practical tools, and the ability to consciously and purposefully incorporate design into their projects.
