OM³ Suite: Innovative Omnichannel Suite for Airports

AOEs OM³ Suite is an innovative platform consisting of a unique, modular toolset of pre-integrated Omnichannel functionalities, services and infrastructures. This allows a tailor-made selection of functionalities according to airport-specific business requirements. The unique solution provides passengers with a variety of options for planning their travels and during the journey itself, online and offline shopping at the airport and access to airport services. Passengers can get information about their products and make purchases before they travel or during breaks and waiting times. As a core element of the solution, a variety of Airport and E-Commerce systems can be integrated into the OM³ Suite.

The first roll-out of the OM³ Suite began in 2016 at Frankfurt Airport. In 2017 the OM³ integration at Auckland Airport was announced. Negotiations with other major international airports on the integration of the OM³ Suite are underway, the announcement of the next OM³ integration is scheduled in the next weeks.
